I’m a relatively new resident of Aurora, Illinois.We live an a 55+ community on the suburban outskirts of Aurora, which surprisingly is the second largest city in Illinois. Recently, I went with a knowledgeable photographer, who has lived in this area for a number of years, to explore and photograph in downtown Aurora.
I’m new to architecture photography and this outing tested my skills in finding interesting subjects and then post-processing them in interesting ways, including black and white. I’ve posted some images in both their color and black and white versions. You can decide whether I’ve been successful.
